A native New Yorker, Will Ryman is internationally known for his large-scale figurative sculptures based on urban scenes and outsized flora. In 2011 his sculptures of roses were installed on the Park Avenue Mall. His work has been shown at P.S.1 Contemporary Art Center, NYC; Marlborough Gallery, NYC; the Saatchi Gallery, London; and is in the collections of the Farnsworth Art Museum, the Colby College Museum of Art, the Martin Z. Margulies Collection and the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, Cornell University, NY.
Ryman is represented by Paul Kasmin Gallery in New York.
