GCS

Susan Inglett and members of the Art Committee are proud to support the Grace Church School 28thAnnual Scholarship Benefit Auction, presented by the school’s Parents’ Association. The auction will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Grace Church School, 86 Fourth Avenue, New York.  The funds raised are exclusively used to provide scholarship assistance to academically able children who could not otherwise attend the school. This year 22% of the school’s students received financial aid, largely due to the success of past auctions. Year after year, donations from distinguished artists and collectors have proved art to be an increasingly critical component of the auction. Last year the donations of art accounted for 30% of the funds raised.

Founded in 1894, GCS occupies a unique place in the New York school community. Its reputation is built not only on standards of excellence, but also on its tradition of maintaining an economically diverse student body.

Please join us at Grace Church School on March 6 for the silent auction (6pm) and live auction (8pm), with auctioneer Jennifer Wright, Vice President, Christie’s Auction House.

If you cannot attend, the gallery can bid on these artworks on your behalf.
